Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Some exceptions apply for hygiene products.

To request a refund, log into your account, go to "Order History", select the relevant order, and click "Request Return". Follow the instructions to complete the return process.

Once we receive your returned item, refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process and appear on your original payment method.
